A powerful and fine Syrah, which expresses aromas of pepper and spices, accompanied by a note of violet, mixed with more mineral notes which will go very well with a dish such as Roast pork confit with lemon and rosemary. The vineyard is mainly planted in terraces with fairly steep slopes, and its reliefs are decisive for sunshine and drainage. The main component of the soil of the appellation is granite, but there are also variants that will influence production.
