Product Description

This naturally sparkling wine is made from Gamay grapes grown in the granite soils of Beaujolais. The steep slopes, at an altitude of approximately 300 meters, impart a lively acidity and floral aromas to the grapes. In the winery, the fruit is gently pressed to extract the clear juice. This cuvée is unique in that it ferments in the bottle, resulting in a touch of sweetness and a delicate effervescence. Finally, the wine is aged on its lees in the bottle. The pale color, with a slight salmon-pink hue, is typical of Blanc de Noirs.
