The label is of aterracotta statuette dating from the end of prehistoric times, the goddess of fertility who adorns the bottle of DAME-JANE symbolizes the Giraud connection to the land and to the origin of wine. It brings us back to the small Persian town of Dâmghân, on the Silk Road, the original cradle of wine.

DAME-JANE revisits the primitive terracotta winemaking and offers a unique experience to true connaiseurs.

Matured in small oak casks. 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, harvested exclusively from the vineyards of Aÿ. Fermented in temperature-regulated vats and raised for six months in small oak casks. Giraud Dame Jane is a beautifully crafted Rose.
